Specializing in Notary Book Examinations
California Government Code 8206 (G) - If the document to be notarized is a deed, quitclaim deed, deed of trust, or other document affecting real property, or a power of attorney document, the notary public shall require the party signing the document to place his or her right thumbprint in the journal.
I will contact and respond to the notaries location to examine the print and make high resolution scans of the print entry. I will do a thorough examination of the journal entry to determine identity. I will then provide a report of my examination and analysis of the print in question.
Latent print examinations- Processing of items for the development of latent fingerprints, analyzing and comparing latent fingerprints with known inked fingerprints, reviewing latent print comparisons conducted, analysis and identifications.
Preservation of developed latent impressions, which may include Photography,
the lifting of latent impressions using tape, high resolution
digital imaging of impressions or casts.
Review of reports, examinations, examinations notes, comparisons and identifications conducted
Review of evidence collection reports, examinations, examination notes, techniques and documentation.
